What's the most important thing to know about your returns policy?
As a small business, we can't offer free returns at this time, However we can reimburse your postage cost (to a maximum of £3.39) once we receive your return and upon proof of postage.
What condition do the wax melts need to be in for a return to be accepted?
Returns need to be in the original packaging in which they arrived. We will not refund opened, used, or partially used wax melts.
How long do customers have to return a wax melt after receiving it?
Customers have 14 days to contact us to discuss the return of any items.
What to do if your melts should happen to arrive damaged?
If you should need to return anything then please contact us first within 14 days of receiving your order, to discuss the nature of your need for a return. Please provide a supporting photo/ photos.

what to do If you think your order has been lost in the post?
If your order has not been delivered within 10 days, and you have not received any updates to your tracking, we will arrange for a replacement order to be sent out to you.
What we do not accept returns/refunds for?
- Wax melts that have been used or partially used.
- wax melts that you don't like the scent of. If you are unsure if you like a scent we would advise that you order a sample bag, instead of purchasing one of our full sized products.
